We deliver to most countries! However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, military bases, or restricted areas.

Free Shipping:

  • Enjoy free standard shipping within the USA on all orders!
  • For international orders, get free standard shipping when your order reaches $99 or more!

How We Ship:

  • We use reliable logistics partners to get your order to you quickly and safely.
  • Shipping costs for international orders are based on weight and volume of your order.
  • You can see the estimated shipping cost during checkout by entering your delivery address. No registration required!

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • This timeframe may vary depending on security checks, packing, and dispatch.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Options:

  • Local Deliveries:

    • Standard Courier (5-14 business days): Free
    • Express Courier (7 business days): $12.00 additional
    • Choose your preferred delivery speed at checkout.

  • International Deliveries:

    • Delivery times vary depending on location.

Important Notes:

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We provide Standard delivery to any address within Global. However, please do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is  for all local orders and it takes approximately 5-14 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Express Courier – is available at an additional charge of $12.00 and it takes approximately 7 working days to reach you from the time of order.

To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries Standard or Express couriers.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your  Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. Shipping and handling combined USPS shipping and delivery.

United State Postal Services.

*Canada USPS Shipping $18 for Canada + extra piece $6

*International USPS shipping $23 for international+ Plus extra piece $7

*United State USPS standard shipping $5 for United States+ Extra piece $3

  1. Standard Shipping $5 Shipping, if customer adding extra item is add+ $3 For extra piece. Package may take take 4 - 7 days to arrive. USA standard shipping
  2. Shipping to Canada is $18 if the customer is adding extra pieces in that same package to 🇨🇦 Canada for extra pieces price is $6 The item may take 7- 15 days to arrive in ( Canada )
  3. Standard International Shipping international to UK, Belgium, Europe ect: The shipping prices $23.00 Items may take 15- 25 days to arrive ( International) Standard International shipping extra pieces in the same packages for price is $7
