We want you to be happy with your CLEARWIZZ® purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the guidelines below.

Return and Exchange Window

  • Domestic Orders: 20 days from the invoice date

  • International Orders: 10 days from the invoice date

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • Original receipt is required

  • Items must be purchased directly from CLEARWIZZ®

  2. Submit a return or exchange request (portal coming soon)

  3. Print and include your return form

  4. Securely pack your item(s) in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • CLEARWIZZ® is not responsible for lost or damaged returns

  • Processing time is up to 5 business days after receiving your return

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability

  • If the new item costs more, you must pay the difference

  • No refunds are given for lower-value exchanges

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit is valid for 30 days

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping.
